Pre-Order Item:

1. Deposit is required for pre-order item, the amount of deposit is vary according to the price of the item.

2. Due to limited quantity, deposit has to be paid within 3 days after customer placed the order.

3. An invoice will be sent to customent via message/email when pre-order item arrived.
4. Balance payment to be made when item arrived.
5. Amount of balance payment will be adjusted if the currency has significant change.
6. Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if customer cancelled their order or did not make full-payment within 14 days after the item arrival notice given.
7. Item release date might delay due to manufacturer, a notice will be given to customer if any delay caused.
8. Pre-order item would take WITHIN 30 working days for shipping to Malaysia after item release date.
9. We are NOT responsible for dented or damaged item box due to delivery.
10. Items will be offered on a first come first served basis if there is stock shortage.
11. Deposit is REFUNDABLE if the item arrived is broken or stock shortage.



In-Stock Item:

1. Full-payment is required for in-stock item.
2. Shipping will be arranged within 5 days after transaction completed.


Payment:

1. Accept Bank-in transfer only.
2. Please keep your receipt of transaction as a proof.


Delivery

1. Poslaju only.
2. Shipping cost (flat rate):

Peninsular Malaysia = RM10 (2-3 working days)
East Malaysia = RM15 (5-6 working days)

3. COD is available for Puchong area.
4. COD for area nearby Puchong is considerable but please coordinate with page admin via message.
5. We are NOT responsible for packaging damage due to delivery service.
